As time goes by, science and technology developed rapidly and interventions of all kinds are made with each passing day. The life of mankind has also undergone drastic changes. In order to survive and develop, I believe the industrial and commercial sectors should give careful consideration in finding ways to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation so that people can live in harmony. Clothing, food, housing and transportation are all needed by human life. In a civilized and progressive society, housing is closely related to transportation and hardware.
